Lena Hanna has always been enthusiastic about writing, and is excited to be turning her lifelong passion into publishing children's books. Lena Hanna is a wife and mother of two. The inspiration for her first book emerged from her son's struggle with a serious Congenital Heart Defect. The inspiration for her second book came from watching her daughter struggle from being an only child to becoming a sibling of a special needs child.

Not only did Olivia struggle with the transition of having a sibling, but she had to adjust to being a sibling to a child with a critical illness. Olivia eventually overcomes her struggles and realizes that although her brother may need more attention at times, she is just as special and loved.
