This is by far one of the most inspiring book written in a longgg time. Decklan has a very bright and healthy future now that he is a true super hero that shows nothing will get in his way! I'm living proof this will happen because I'm also a boy that was born blue...

I had this book on my baby registry. It is a very good book for parents, little tof warriors and would definitely be great for explaining to your other children what is going on to make it a little easier for them to understand. It is so hard to get through it without shedding a tear or 10! IT’s informative and uses some rhyming to help keep littles engaged. It’s a must have in my opinion for anyone with kids with a CHD. I read it to my little warrior every day we spent healing in the hospital. To the author thank you for sharing your hero’s story with us.
